(San Jose, CA) GS Microelectronics U.S., Inc. (GSME) secured $35 million in a Series B funding round led by Maverick Silicon to expand its semiconductor services in advanced packaging, design enablement, and supply chain visibility. The funding supports GSME’s growth strategy, integrating recent acquisitions and specialized talent into a unified platform offering end-to-end supply chain transparency and innovative design tools.

GSME aims to scale 2.5D/3D packaging for AI, HPC, and RF markets, launch an AI-driven decision-making platform for risk and yield management, and consolidate acquisitions to boost engineering and software capabilities.
