(Shenzhen, China) UBTECH has begun mass production and delivery of the first batch of several hundred full-size industrial humanoid robots Walker S2. This marks the beginning of large-scale real-world implementation of humanoid robotics with a target of 500 units delivered this year. UBTECH has established a closed-loop commercial cycle from technology to delivery and iterative improvement. The company targets an annual capacity of 5000 industrial humanoid robots by 2026 scaling to 10000 by 2027.

Walker S2 robots are being deployed in automotive manufacturing smart factories intelligent logistics and data collection centers. UBTECH is shifting from product delivery to providing standardized replicable turnkey solutions using its proprietary BrainNet platform. Walker S2 is the world's first industrial humanoid robot integrated with Co-Agent UBTECH's intelligent agent system for closed-loop operational capabilities including task planning and anomaly detection. Since early 2025 the Walker series has accumulated orders exceeding 800 million yuan (approx. US$112 million) including a recent 159 million yuan order for a data collection center.

Key partners include BYD Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Geely Auto FAW-Volkswagen Qingdao Audi FAW BAIC New Energy Foxconn and SF Express. Walker S series robots are accumulating real-world data on automotive production lines essential for optimizing performance and developing task-driven swarm intelligence. UBTECH is addressing challenges in technological maturity real-world application and scalable delivery to advance the industry toward large-scale adoption of humanoid robotics.
